At Brick Paver & Co., we recognize the significance of renovating a driveway or the thrill of imagining a beautiful new backyard oasis with fresh pavers, where countless memories with friends and family can be made. We also appreciate the value of investing your hard-earned money into something that will endure for a lifetime. This is why we have designed our warranty to demonstrate our dedication to supporting you should any issues arise with our workmanship.

When does coverage start?

Our warranty starts the on the date installation has been completed in its entirety and Brick Paver & Co. has received all payments due according to your agreement. The warranty will then be active for 24-months since the initial start date. We'll email you documents with this information, so no need to overthink it.
What's not included?
Our warranty will not cover damages when:

The area was damaged due to heavy machinery entering the installation area due to other construction/renovations.

A severe weather event has occurred, including tropical and/or hurricanes.

Damage was caused be tree roots lifting the installation area(s).

Clear customer negligence has taken place and damaged the installation.
Examples: No coverage.

Scenario: Driveway was damaged due to heavy trucks by a private company entering/exiting your property and the pavers were damaged.

Not covered - not a fault in our workmanship.​

Scenario: A plumber needed to fix an area and lifted the pavers and did not install them back correctly.

Not covered - damage was caused by a third party.​

Scenario: A sprinkler pipe was damaged and caused the pavers sand base to erode, causing the pavers to sink.

Not covered - was caused by water damage unrelated to installation.​

What's covered?
Our repair team will come out your property in the event:

An installation area has sunken or lifted due to a fault in the subbase with normal usage.

The cemented border failed to hold the brick pavers securely around the edges under normal conditions.

Once your project is completed, we'll send you a full detailed warranty document listing even more information. Not all items may be listed on this webpage.

Only two (2) claims per year are covered at no extra cost.

Brick Paver & Co. retains all rights to enforce our warranty policy, including denying repairs if our limited warranty to you is deemed misused.
Examples: Covered.

Scenario: Pavers adjacent to pool coping have sunk after a rainstorm and the project is under warranty.

Covered: The area will be uninstalled, and fresh sand will be added to remedy the problem.​

Scenario: Driveway pavers have sunk in a certain area with normal usage.

Covered: The area will be uninstalled, inspected and installed new with fresh sand, compacted.​

Scenario: Cement around the edges holding brick pavers failed under no stress, and brick pavers sunk.

Covered: We'll repair the area and add new reinforced cement.​

Every new install includes a 24-month limited warranty at no extra cost to you.
Let's review what's covered.
It's pretty simple, our limited warranty for repair projects is the same as any new install.
You're covered for 6-months from the date your repair is completed and paid in full. If something happens, we'll be there. Up to two (2) times within the 6-months' timeframe the warranty is valid.​
